The Woodland Dining Club
Experiences
This is about proper food, cooked simply and shared with others. No fancy fluff, just real ingredients, full flavour, and a chance to get closer to where your food comes from.

Max started The Woodland Dining Club to bring people back to the basics — fire, food, and the outdoors. Whether you’re stalking a deer at first light, tucking into a fire-cooked venison haunch with mates, or learning how to butcher and cook wild game, the idea’s the same: respect the animal, use every bit, and make it taste amazing.

Whether you join us in the woods, invite us to your home, or stalk through the fields at dawn, each experience is handcrafted to connect you to the origins of your food — with honesty, skill, and joy.
